How do I know which engagement is right for my business?

Most owners start with a brief exploratory call — we can usually suggest the most appropriate starting point after understanding where the business currently stands and what the owner is trying to work through. There's no obligation to begin anywhere in particular.

What does the SME Health Assessment actually cover?

The assessment looks at commercial performance, team structure, financial health, and market positioning. We conduct focused conversations with you and key staff, review available business data, and produce a written report in plain language — identifying where things are working and where attention may be worth directing.

How long does the Growth Planning Engagement take?

Typically between four and six weeks, depending on the complexity of the business and the availability of the owner and relevant managers. The pace is designed to allow proper reflection rather than rushing through decisions.

Is the Operational Growth Partnership a fixed-term commitment?

We typically discuss a minimum initial period — usually three months — to allow the relationship to develop properly and for meaningful work to be done. After that, the arrangement continues on a rolling basis with reasonable notice to pause or conclude.
