Each engagement begins with careful listening. Before we suggest anything, we want to understand how the business actually operates, what the owner believes is working, and where they sense friction or uncertainty. That diagnostic foundation shapes everything that follows.

SME Health Assessment

A structured review of the business across its core operating dimensions — commercial performance, team structure, financial health, and market positioning. The process involves focused conversations with the business owner and key staff, supported by a review of available business data. The output is a clear written assessment in plain language.

Growth Planning Engagement

The resulting plan is realistic and owned by the client. The consultant's role is to provide structure, challenge assumptions thoughtfully, and draw on relevant experience to improve the quality of thinking.
